I am a legal professional specialising in cross-border transactions, corporate documentation and regulatory compliance, with five years of experience advising businesses across dynamic and multi-jurisdictional environments.

I hold an integrated B.B.A LL.B (Hons.) degree from India, complemented by certifications completed in association with Cornell University, New York, where I received an Outstanding (O) grade in Legal Writing. Three years of practice in Dubai gave me close exposure to legal drafting, client advisory and matters spanning civil, corporate and personal law.

Earlier, at Lex Vid Partners in India, I appeared in litigation across district and high courts and before regulatory authorities and commissions — including the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, the Madhya Pradesh State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, the Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission and the National Green Tribunal. That grounding in contested proceedings shapes how I draft: documentation is written for the day it may be tested, not only for the day it is signed.

Over the course of my career I have supported clients ranging from growing enterprises to established organisations, building a track record of navigating complex legal frameworks while aligning documentation and compliance with broader commercial objectives. My experience in business strategy allows me to approach legal questions with a commercial lens — ensuring that legal frameworks not only protect, but also enable growth.

In parallel with my legal practice, I have developed a strong focus on public speaking, leadership and personality development. As Founder and Managing Director of Grab the Mic, I train individuals and corporate teams to communicate with clarity, think with structure and lead with impact — sharpening executive presence and the confidence required to perform in high-stakes environments.
